About this Lepidolite bracelet

The lilac-coloured mica stone traditionally prized for calming turbulent emotions.

History

Lepidolite was originally discovered in the eighteenth century and initially named lilalite for its distinctive lavender hue. It was later renamed lepidolite from the Greek word 'lepis', meaning scale, referring to its flaky mica structure. As a natural ore of lithium, the mineral has been historically collected for its calming aesthetic, though its widespread use in traditional spiritual practices is a relatively modern phenomenon compared to classical gemstones.
